The Outback - Arid Australia

Best Times: May - September.

Outback Australia is truly one of the worlds most amazing and different destinations you could chose to explore. Landscapes that go on forever, vivid colours, and fascinating indigenous cultures.

Aussie Overlander focus's on exploring the unique flora and fauna that survive in these regions along with the intriging culture of the aboriginal people and the pioneering spirit of early explorers.

From awe inspiring rock formations to sand dune country and dry salt lakes you'd be surprised, there is so much life out there. Let us show you and join us on an adventure into the interior of Australia.

Top End & the Kimberley

Best Times: May - August.

The Tropical north of Australia is such a contrast to the dry interior and the temperate climate of Southern Australia. Pristine refreshing water holes, secluded waterfalls, rugged rocky escarpments and ancient aboriginal art are just some types of places you can expect to explore.

Life in the Top End is unique. From Broome and the Kimberley in Western Australia through to Kakadu, Litchfield & Katherine gorge in the Northern Territory we have a lot covered in the tropics.

We have designed itineraries focused on exploring the best of the tropics. These are fair dinkum overland camping expeditions and allow us plenty of time to 4x4, hike, swim and relax in the best spots.
